Are you ready? Let’s begin:
Green – the heart chakra color is composed of yellow and blue in equal parts. Green is a color of love. It is at the very center of your being. The heart center. Green is the energy of love and transformation. It allows you to transform your ego and the needs of your lower chakras and open up to love. To become more loving and compassionate. It is at the heart center where the energies of lower chakras (once the needs are fulfilled and satisfied) can be transformed and integrated into a more spiritual aspect of yourself. This is where you reach beyond yourself and connect with something greater, wider, and deeper. Green is the color of growth, life, and balance. Through balance you find this center from which you can love, form healthy and nourishing relationships, and give and receive love. The energy of green is soothing and calming, like a blanket of soft grass underneath your feet. It is the color of nature, grass, and the trees. As you unfold the petals of your heart chakra, you find the seat of compassion, not only for others, but for yourself as well. You begin to radiate love. You begin to sense the interconnectedness of all of life.
On a physical level green relates to the heart, lungs, chest, shoulders, arms, breasts, thymus gland, and cardiac nerve plexus.People with strong green energy stand tall and radiate openness. Those with weak green energy appear tight in the upper body, they are slouching – their shoulders are drawn forward, protecting the heart center, and their head and neck are brought forward as well. Green energy is freedom and expansion. It is the building block of of self-acceptance and acceptance of others. Green represents the developmental stage when we begin to learn to form relationships with family and friends. Green is an expansive color. The gift of this heart chakra color is that you radiate peace and love to let them know that they are accepted as they are. The challenge is when this energy is blocked or excessive and it manifests as contraction of this calm loving energy. The spiritual aspect of green energy is instinctual knowing and growing into spirit. The developmental task of the heart chakra is forming relationships with family and friends. On the spiritual level, we must always remember that we are entering the mystery and power of love.
“We teach what we want to learn, and I want to learn to experience inner peace”, writes Jerald Jampolsky in his classic “Love is Letting go of Fear“. The essence of his book is based on the basic teachings of the “Course in Miracles“. One of these teachings is that there are only two emotions: Love and Fear. You can’t feel Fear and Love at the same time. You either feel one or the other. When you feel fear, you can’t feel love. And when you feel love, you can’t feel fear. You can always choose love. You can always choose the energy of heart chakra color. For me this is the most important thought to remember. That I have a choice. It’s not that I don’t get sad, fearful, or depressed. But, I catch myself and I consciously choose to change my feelings. When I am experiencing fear, I focus on opening my heart and visualizing green energy coming to my heart centre. Once the energy begins to flow, the fear dissolves. http://www.chakra-anatomy.com/heart-chakra-colors.html
Our fourth Chakra is the Heart Chakra. Its name in Sanskrit is Anahata. The Heart Chakra is the middle Chakra in the system of seven and it is related to our ability to love freely and to feel love, to be compassionate and feel compassion, and to have an inner sense of peace deep within us. It is the integrator of opposites in the psyche, the mind and body, male and female, persona and shadow, and the ego and unity. It is our connection to the oneness around us.
The associated organs to this Chakra are the heart, breasts, lungs, as well as our immune system. It encompasses the blood circulatory system, and the cardiac plexus. The major gland is the thymus gland. It is also said that the Heart Chakra can have a great effect on our sight. I have noticed in my own healing with this energy center that when I have come to a crisis that my eyesight becomes weak. So what are we afraid to see?
The Heart Chakra is related to our sense of touch, in its aspect of relating to the person “inside” the body, and distinct from the sensation of the Orange Chakra, which is more about the sensation one feels “from” their own body. It encompasses our ability to love and offer unconditional love. To love freely for the true being that one is. Hugging, therefore, is a Heart Chakra activity. When one hugs, one is aware of what the person inside the other body feels, and they are aware of what you feel inside your body, and there is a sense of relating to the person inside the body. A sense of emotional connection is experienced. Sensitivity about being touched indicates Heart Chakra sensitivity
When we find a deficiency of the amount of energy in the Heart Chakra we may feel sorry for ourselves, indecisive, and unworthy of being loved. We cannot seem to make the connection or feel connected to those around us for fear of rejection. We carry a fear of letting go and just being.
When there is an excess of energy within this area we may become demanding and overly critical. We may also become manic-depressive. We do not posses unconditional love in this state.
The color that relates to this Chakra is green with the secondary or complementary color being red. That is why when there is an excess of energy within this Chakra we may see traits of the Root Chakra come forward. We may try to control through our sexuality or through money. We put limitations on our love. We do not give our love unconditionally.
Another color that relates to the Heart Chakra is the color pink. This is a symbol of motherly love. (Source: https://hpathy.com/homeopathy-papers/the-seven-chakras-of-the-body/)
IS YOUR HEART CHAKRA IN BALANCE?
Do you often feel sorry for yourself? Are you often indecisive? Do you feel that you’re unworthy of being loved? Do you often find yourself unable to make a truly deep connection with another? Seem disconnected from those around you? Afraid of being rejected? Or on the contrary do you often find yourself being too clingy to others? Unable to let go from previous relationships? Suffocating people with your love and affection? Then you should work on healing and balancing your heart chakra.
High Blood Pressure, Heart Problems, Thymus, Blood, Circulatory System, Involuntary Muscles. Issues are – Love.
The Heart Chakra is associated with the Circulatory System and Thymus Gland. It is the centre of Compassion, Love, Group Consciousness and Spirituality.
The Heart Chakra governs the heart, lungs, blood and circulation. As the Heart Chakra is about Love, kindness and affection when it is open, you are compassionate and friendly, you work at harmonious relationships.
When your Heart Chakra is under-active, you are cold and distant. If this Chakra is over-active, you are suffocating people with your Love and your Love probably has quite selfish reasons.
HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE – HEART CHAKRA
EMOTIONAL COMPONENTS OF YOUR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE ISSUES.
If you experience high blood pressure your emotions might be at play, to help you I would like to share an article from Luís Martins Simões book “Does Your Body Lie?“, in which he states the following:
Blood reflects the identity, the being. The walls of the blood vessels are the frontiers within which our incarnation into human beings must develop.
It is natural for us to want to test the limits of these frontiers, the limits of resistance of blood vessels.
Contrary to the person who suffers from hypotension, a person who suffers from hypertension prepares himself for action and is determined to take action. Accordingly, blood circulation accelerates and pressure increases, but this person never really confronts the person he has trouble with and, consequently, there is no discharge of energy, it remains stored. The person who suffers from hypertension is not able to reach a confrontation.
He is afraid of confrontation and does not realize that the confrontation must happen as soon as possible, in a simple and easy way, by expressing what he thinks and feels.
It is common for the person with high blood pressure to convince himself that next time he will be able to act. This keeps the organism ready for action, keeps it from relaxing, and the person develops chronic high blood pressure and never really engages in confrontation.
The person with high blood pressure stays on the edge of conflict, is always troubled by conflict, but never reaches any solution.
Of course, if things are not cleared up, one day the person will say what he has to say, but he will do it in an a angry, cowardly, and exaggerated way, creating even more conflict when things could have been resolved in a calm manner. The person whines, complains, shows rage, and ends up blowing his top off, seldom with the right person and often with the wrong people.
This lack of confrontation gives rise to a great internal conflict. The person remains on the defence, always prepared for a conflict that likely he will never carry out.
They are people with long lasting, unresolved emotional problems.
Luis has a lot more information to share with all of us in his book “Does Your Body Lie?”. You can learn more by getting his book here: https://www.amazon.com/Does-Your-Body-Lie-Sickness/dp/1516887344/ref=sr_1_5
HEART PALPITATIONS AND THE LINK TO LIVER CONGESTION
Please note that I am not a medical professional and nothing here or anywhere on this site can be taken as medical or health advice, so check with your physician before following any advice or information you find on this site. I am not a doctor, and as such cannot diagnose or treat any medical issues. Readers are advised to do their own research and make decisions in partnership with their health care provider. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or are taking any medication, please consult your physician. You might be wondering why I would talk about LIVER in the HEART CHAKRA post. The reason is that functioning of the liver is directly linked to the functioning of many of your organs including the heart, because it is responsible for smooth flow of emotions as well as Qi. Many of us are experiencing heart palpitations, and much of this has to do with the ascension symptoms, however, one of the reasons could also be a sluggish liver. Our liver has to process everything, from what we eat to what we breath to what we put on our skin. Everything that we come into contact with everyday effects our liver, because it is a filter in our body. The filter that processes everything, even information. The functioning of our eyes depends on the liver, functioning of adrenals also liver, functioning of our heart – liver, stomach – liver, thyroid – liver, when liver does not supply enough blood and energy to the body, adrenals have to work extra hard to produce energy, when this happens it may lead to adrenal fatigue, as adrenals go down the thyroid goes up and a lot of issues begin to unfold in the body including severe heart palpitations. No wonder that in Traditional Chinese medicine it is called the “General of the Army”, and when there are issues in the stomach such as ulcers, etc., Chinese refer to this situation as “Liver conquering the stomach”.
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Liver is the organ responsible for the smooth flow of emotions as well as Qi and blood. It is the organ that is most affected by excess stress or emotions. The Liver’s partner organ is the Gallbladder.
- The Liver is responsible for the smooth flow of Qi and blood in your body. It controls the volume and smooth flow of blood in your vessels and also stores the blood.
- The eyes are the sensory organ related to the Liver. If you have any eye issues, including blurry vision, red or dry eyes, itchy eyes, it may be a sign deep down that your Liver is not functioning smoothly.
- The tendons are the tissue associated with the Liver. TCM says that strength comes from the tendons, not muscles. Be like the cat that is strong, agile, and flexible, not the cow, which has huge muscles but little real strength.
- The taste that corresponds to and supports the Liver is sour. If you crave sour foods, that may be your Liver communicating that it needs an extra boost, so be sure to include high-quality vinegar and sweet and sour recipes in your diet.
- Anger is the emotion associated with the Liver. If you are often irritable, get angry easily, have trouble unwinding from the day’s activities, have trouble reasoning or going with the flow and letting things go, you are experiencing a Liver function problem. Experiencing these emotions chronically or excessively can seriously unbalance the function of your Liver.
You can use these basic guidelines to begin to understand what organs may be asking for support. In the case of the Liver, if you constantly crave sour foods, or are under a great deal of stress and feel angered easily, then your Liver function needs support. Use these ‘signs” to re-balance yourself.
Simple Tips for Everyday Liver Health
- Stay calm, especially during the spring. Don’t get caught up in spring’s intense new energies! Take things easy and go slow; take a nice long walk in the park or do other gentle exercises to relax your mind, body, and spirit. Let go of any stressful situations that you can, and if that’s not possible, use some of the stress-relieving tips below.
- Using a hairbrush with rounded bristles, hit your legs up and down the insides of your thighs and calves, starting at the ankles, for about five minutes. This gently stimulates your Liver meridian, allowing your qi to flow more freely and relaxing your Liver.
- Avoid alcohol! Because the Liver is responsible for metabolizing alcohol, drinking in moderation can go a long way towards preserving your Liver’s energy and giving it a break.
- Engage in gentle exercise, such as swimming or walking, instead of hard and fast exercises which overwork or overstretch the tendons, causing them to eventually lose their flexibility, impacting the Liver function of being “flexible.”
Acupressure for Liver Health
Rub the acupressure point called “Taichong” (Liver 3) which stimulates a key point on the Liver channel. It may be sore, but this means you’re hitting all the right spots! You are unblocking your Liver Qi.
Try to rub this area every day. It’s located on top of your foot where the big toe bone meets the second toe bone (about an inch back from the skin between these toes). Using your thumb, press and massage this spot on both feet (the meridians are on both sides of your body). You can also rub with your thumb moving forward along the inside of the big toe. HERBS TO HELP THE LIVER FUNCTION PROPERLY
I am sure that by now you’ve heard of 101 ways of helping your liver but I must mention the following herbs that truly help the liver, again I’ve tried these myself and am sharing it for you from personal experience. Once again, as I mentioned before, please do your own research and consult with a physician before trying these if you’re on medication.
Core Dandi Blend – This is a rather pricey herbal formula, but is totally worth it! It helps the liver right away and my Aunt who has been using it for a few month went to her doctor to get her blood works and the doctor was incredibly surprised that her fatty liver started showing signs of incredible recovery. Her numbers improved tremendously! This blend has many different herbs in it, but the major one is of course Dandilion. So you may wish to just take Dandilion extract and/or drink the tea. You can find this supplement on amazon, and other online stores.
Planetary Stone Free Herbal Formula – I love this formula, it not only helps the liver, but also helps the kidneys and gallbladder to function properly. What’s great about this formula is that it is made from culinary herbs which means that it’s all natural and won’t overburden your body. It’s easy to take and really helps with the digestive system. It’s available on Amazon or any other online stores that sells supplements.
Black Radish Raw, Black Radish Juice and/or Black Radish Extract. This is a HIGHLY POTENT “herb”, and you can feel it working in the liver right away especially if you try it juiced. When I did this, my liver began to hurt right away, but then I felt a lot better. When looking for information about Black Radish, I was guided to an incredible account of how a Radish saved a girl from Jaundice. I highly recommend that you read this incredible story here: https://ndnr.com/gastrointestinal/sarah-was-saved-by-a-radish/
HERBS TO REDUCE HEART PALPITATIONS
So what can we do to help ease heart palpitations? Further down below you will see a list of homeopathic remedies that help withe balancing the heart chakra as well as heart palpitations. Here I will mention supplements that have helped me personally very much as I was discovering all of these various remedies, herbs and other vibrational tools. Please note that I am not a doctor
- Motherwort – A fantastic herb, that helps to calm down heart palpitations and so much more! I usually take Motherwort before going to sleep because it can make you drowsy. According to Rxlist.com: Motherwort is used for heart conditions, including heart failure, irregular heartbeat, fast heartbeat, and heart symptoms due to anxiety. It is also used for the absence of menstrual periods, intestinal gas (flatulence), and over-active thyroid (hyperthyroidism). Anxiety. Early research suggests that taking a motherwort tincture by mouth for 10 days can decrease anxiety. Menopausal symptoms. Early research suggests that taking a combination of motherwort, burdock, dong quai, licorice root, and wild yam by mouth for 12 weeks may reduce menopausal symptoms, such as hot flashes, sleep problems, mood changes, and vaginal dryness. Post-partum complications. Early research suggests that injecting motherwort into the uterus during a Cesarean section (C-section) then injecting motherwort into the muscle after the C-section reduces blood loss during surgerybut increases blood loss after surgery when compared to the effects of the drug oxytocin. However, when motherwort is injected into the uterus and muscles along with oxytocin, it appears to decrease bleeding after a C-section when compared to oxytocin alone. - Hawthorne – Hawthorn is used to help protect against heart disease and help control high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Both animal and human studies suggest hawthorn increases coronary artery blood flow, improves circulation, and lowers blood pressure. It has also been used on the skin to treat boils and skin sores. According to WebMD: Hawthorn is used for diseases of the heart and blood vessels such as congestive heart failure (CHF), chest pain, and irregular heartbeat. It is also used to treat both low blood pressure and high blood pressure, “hardening of the arteries” (atherosclerosis), and high cholesterol. So far, research suggests that hawthorn might be effective in treating congestive heart failure, but there hasn’t been enough research on other heart-related uses to know if it is effective for them. Some people use hawthorn for digestive system complaints such as indigestion, diarrhea, and stomach pain. It is also used to reduce anxiety, as a sedative, to increase urine output, and for menstrual problems. Hawthorn is also used to treat tapeworm and other intestinal infections. Some people apply hawthorn to the skin for boils, sores, and ulcers. Hawthorn preparations are used as a wash for sores, itching, and frostbite. You will find hawthorn among the ingredients in candied fruit slices, jam, jelly, and wine. Before taking hawthorn, talk with your healthcare professional if you take any medications. It has major interactions with several prescription medications.
- Avena Sativa (Wild Oat Straw) – It is a moistening balm for raw, adrenally-depleted nerves and can help heal the associated malaise: anxiety and depression due to adrenal burnout… insomnia due to anxiety… tension headaches… emotional oversensitivity with outbursts of irritability & anger, or tears over the littlest things… stress-induced atonicity of the digestive tract… inability to focus and complete simple tasks along with overwhelm at a vague infinity of unfinished work that must be accomplished… loss of libido… heart palpitations… anxiety-related menstrual and menopausal imbalances… Milky Oat tops will not heal these symptoms overnight, but in time can replenish the nervous system and bring stability and renewed energy. Though it brings its own nutrition, oats pair well with lifestyle changes that invite less stress and more nourishment. Milky Oats is also supportive in addiction recovery and helps with the adrenal depletion caused by overuse of substances that push our energy around, like tobacco, alcohol, opiates and caffeine (almost all of humans’ favorite vices!). Milky oats can be used for general debility, or nervous or sexual debility like paralysis or impotence. This medicine is also a supportive remedy when a person has experiencedsudden loss, grief and sorrow. The flower essence supports people who feel lost in finding their path in life. Milky Oat tops combine well with adaptogens like licorice or ashwaghanda, nutritives like nettle seed and raspberry leaf, and nervines like lemon balm and skullcap. WHAT TO DO TO HEAL YOUR HEART CHAKRA
There are many things that you can do today to assist in balancing out your Heart chakra. You do everything that’s listed, none of it, or simply pick and choose what your body and mind are resonating with and proceed from there.
MEDITATION: You can simply close your eyes and focus on your Heart chakra. You can add a mudra to your meditation and/or add a mantra specific to this chakra. You can even dress in the colors associated with the heart chakra which is green and pink. Or go even further and focus on eating foods that are supportive of the heart chakra. One step further as you are doing Yoga spend a little extra time on a yoga pose which opens and balances out this chakra. Be prepared as you go through this exercise that in order to balance out your heart chakra many emotions that have been stored in this part of your body may begin to rise. Pay attention to your thoughts as you go about your day, and try to truly tune into the reasons to these thoughts, feelings and emotions being there. Give gratitude for the experiences associated with these emotions and let go of any negative feelings that you may have in this regard. As you are working with releasing your emotions various vibrational remedies should come in handy for you. Try using some of the remedies in this article below.
FOODS TO EAT AT THIS TIME
Your fourth chakra is located at your heart and rules love and relationships. Its color is green, so green vegetables, especially leafy and cruciferous ones like kale, lettuces, spinach, chard, bok choy, collard greens, broccoli, etc., really ramp up the energy of this chakra and help to heal it. The fourth chakra is also about balance, and green veggies are neither yin nor yang in Chinese medicine, so they maintain the equilibrium that is essential to the health of this chakra. Try adding kale or spinach to your morning smoothie, or include a small salad with every meal. “Eat your greens” is good advice!
Foods to eat to balance out your Anahata are:
- Collard Greends
- Bok Choy
- Leafy Greens
- Green teas also keep the heart chakra in healthy condition
- Spices such as basil, thyme, cilantro.
HEART Chakra crystals & gemstones
The full list of gemstones for the Heart Chakra is very long, a short list of the most popular gemstones to use for balancing out your root chakra are:
- Green Aventurine
- Rose Quartz
- Agate Green Moss
- Green Onyx
- Green Tourmaline
Or you can choose to work with Archangel Raphael’s Disc
When it comes to choosing a tool that would best work in opening up the heart I would have to say that I am split between AA Metatron and AA Raphael Tools. Both offer phenomenal experiences, both are exceptionally healing and protective tools. Both are amazing. Of course the very first AA that has come to me was AA Metatron and so I have a very soft spot for AA Metatron and everything that has to do with this Arch Angel who has completely changed my life and assisted me in ways that I can’t even begin to count. Whilst AA Raphael is the one that stays by my side day in and day out, helping me to choose various healing modalities as I work in my healing room with beautiful souls who come to me daily. So I’ll leave the choosing of Hearth Chakra balancing tool up to you and will briefly mention each one here.
Archangel Raphael is an Angel of healing and consecration. Archangel Raphael represents the power of sight and vision – vision of the Truth. He can help you develop your third eye – the inner vision, or Divine vision – and the resort to the power of creation by visualization. Archangel Raphael can improve your concentration and extrasensory perception Archangel Raphael will bring you healing, health and wealth, if you just ask Him for help. He will help you develop intuition and improve your vision, he will bestow upon you the Divine energy of self-healing. Surround yourself with the green light of the fifth Ray and pray for whatever is necessary Archangel Raphael is the archangel that supervises healers and healing for all Earth’s population. It’s sensible for everyone to call upon Archangel Raphael for his help in healing.
what makes AA Metatron so special? According to Arch Angel Metatron and Anna Merkaba: “Metatron’s Clearing & Protection Device – As told to me by AA Metatron – activates automatically at 11:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. everyday and protects up to 13 feet of space in every direction, remember that your own sphere of influence is 18 miles in each direction and coupled with this tool you will amplify each other creating a vacuum of clearance which will expand exponentially. Since everyone is asking about space clearance here’s the gist: No matter what method you use in 15 minutes after you clear space, unless you have something in that space to keep the POSITIVE energy flowing to neutralize the negative, everything will come back. There are billions of dark thought forms floating around, entities, archons etc., everything that you see is energy. Everything produces energy. When someone is watching TV in their home and the story is of violence, that energy transfers right into their living room and stays there.
By interlacing the two six pointed stars you bring forth the creation of mankind, the creation of the cosmic gateways and the creation of the eternal OM, for that which is flat becomes that which is full. The creation of the three dimensional reality manifesting in the 13th dimensional flow of energy (two stars on top of each other create 13 points, representing 13 dimensions). Amplifying this energy further still by encompassing such energies within a circle of life (the disc is round –circle- and made of quartz glass which amplifies and clarifies the energies). And as such the interlacing of the two stars brings forth the meaning of that which you are and the potential of that which you may become. Opening the doors to the gateway of truth, the gateway through which all is shown as is, and the heart begins to comprehend that which is standing before it, shattering the illusions, the fear thereby melts away, allowing your own prowess and powers of the etheric world to come forth into the three dimensional existence, you are now finding yourself in. And as such the powers of you own being are amplified.
Upon the presence of the Metatron’s Clearing & Protection Disc, you are then embraced in pure unconditional love of the creator and your creator self. And from within the disc the energies that are embracing you are magnified and form a spinning Merkaba field around your own body to shield and protect your divinity from that which you wish not to experience, from that energies which are not for your highest good, opening up your own consciousness further still, delivering the message from the divine and reminding you of your own divinity. That is the power of the Metatron’s Disc, that is the power of the Merkaba, that is the power of the six pointed star, that is the power of your own heart, that is the power of that which YOU ARE!” To learn more about this incredible disc please click here.

AROMATHERAPY FOR HEART CHAKRA (ESSENTIAL OILS)
AROMATHERAPY FOR THE HEART CHAKRA (ESSENTIAL OILS)
I’m not of the opinion that a specific essential oil is always good for a particular chakra, e.g., vetiver, a classic root chakra essential oil, is NOT always helpful when working with the root chakra. For me, it depends on the manifestation of the imbalance and the specific intentions.
- Allspice (Pimenta dioica)
- Bergamot (Citrus bergamia)
- Black spruce (Picea mariana)
- Cajeput (Melaleuca cajeputi)
- Cardamon (Elettaria cardamomum)
- Carrot seed (Daucus carrota)
- Hyacinth (Hyacinthus orientalis)
- Lemon (Citrus limon)
- Neroli (Citrus aurantium)
- Palma Rosa (Cymbopogon martinii)
- Peru Balsam (Myroxylon balsmum)
- Roman chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile)
- Rose (Rosa damascena)
- Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)
- Rosewood (Aniba rosaeodora)
- Tuberose (Polianthes tuberosa)
Most people think of the heart when they think of rose, and, indeed, rose is a quintessential heart chakra essential oil. It promotes love, compassion, hope and an ability to experience deeper, more honest and meaningful relationships. It cultivates nurturing and self love. Rose also instills an appreciation for beauty. Palma Rosa is quite similar in attributes and effects on the heart chakra.
Lemon and neroli are very much heart chakra essential oils. Both encourage trust and a sense of security. Both open the heart chakra, dispel fear, allow love in and promote hope and joyful love. Tuberose expands one’s capacity for love. Peruvian balsam opens the heart without judgement and recrimination and cajeput clears blockages in the heart chakra.
Roman chamomile is harmonizing, peaceful and nurturing. It promotes feelings of love and compassion for the self and others. It cultivates acceptance and appreciation for one’s own limitations. Carrot seed is similar in that it instills compassion and self acceptance. It is joyful and uplifting while also grounding. Allspice cultivates self love and allows one to express the truth in one’s heart.
Bergamot and hyacinth also open the heart chakra, and hyacinth along with black spruce invite forgiveness. Rosewood soothes the pains of separation or abandonment and abates loneliness and sorrow, all emotions commonly experienced in the heart chakra. Sandalwood (Santalum album) assists the heart chakra’s connection with the root and sacral chakras. This helps to ground feelings, thoughts and expressions of love. It also encourages a greater sense of security.
Rosemary contributes strength and action. Rosemary promotes clear thoughts and insights, strengthens and centers and instills self worth, self confidence, self appreciation and enthusiasum. With these insights and resolve, it helps one set boundaries in a relationship. Rosemary also supports the circulation of chi and blood: heart chakra functions. Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens) and cinnamon (Cinnamum zeylanicum) are good for the physical and energetic circulation, which is associated with the physical heart and heart chakra. http://www.starchaser-healingarts.com/essential-oils-and-the-fourth-or-heart-chakra-anahata/#more-6149
VIBRATIONAL REMEDIES FOR THE HEART CHAKRA
Please note that I am not a doctor and am only sharing this with you from my own research and experience.
There are many vibrational remedies to balance out your sacral chakra. Nothing you read here should be relied upon to determine dietary changes, a medical diagnosis or courses of treatment.
There are many vibrational remedies to balance out your heart chakra, and in the future messages when we will discuss another part of the Sovereignty Seal I will share more remedies with you.
One of the remedies that I would like to mention today is a Heart Chakra Essence Blend by Tree Frog Farm. I have personally tried all of their blends and must warn you that they are strong, so 1 drop is enough per time that you use it. You can also apply this essence directly to your solar plexus chakra to balance it out. The Heart Chakra Essence Blend works through the energy circuits of the Heart Chakra, heart nerve plexus, heart, lungs, pericardium, arms, and hands to support the healthy functioning of the Solar Plexus Chakra.
The Heart Chakra’s love is unconditional, enduring, eternal and constant. It is a state of being in harmony with yourself, instead of being attached to a person or an object of your affection. Love is our natural state of being. You find it within yourself when you experience this type of love all around you in everything. HOMEOPATHIC REMEDIES FOR THE HEART CHARKA
The following description of remedies was written by Dr. Luc De Schepper a phenomenal doctor whom I had the pleasure of meeting and being guided by. He was the first Homeopath that I have come into contact with and homeopathy has changed my life! Dr. Luc has since retired but has transferred his practice to an amazingly caring and knowledgeable homeopathic doctor by the name of Farah Gron whom I absolutely love! Those of you who have been following me for a while heard about Farah Gron, but if you haven’t and need a really great homeopath who cares deeply about helping you, then you can reach out to Farah at www.NewLifeHomeopathy.com. She does Skype sessions as well as in person consultations. But going back to the description of remedies for the Solar Plexus. In his book which I highly recommend for everyone to get “The People’s Repertory” Dr. Luc writes:
Ignatia Amara – Even if homeopathy had only produced this remedy, it would be worth it! There are probably very few people on earth who will never need this remedy. Indeed it is indicated in acute grief events and emotional shocks, mainly related to relationships. Any broken heart situation should be remedies by Ignatia: the person has the “3 S” symptoms: sitting, sighting, and sobbing. She laments, “Why me, God, why is it happening to me?”. But don’t try to console her, or she will turn on you in a rage. Then this crying can turn into hysterical, uncontrollable laughing. People who need Ignatia have very changeable moods! We can call it the “homeopathic Valium” as it is also used in any event where you get upset: bad news, disappointment (especially in relationships with friends, family, lovers, children, etc.) apprehension and jealousy.
Aurum Metallicum – The main idea of this remedy is depression and loathing of life, to the point that people who need Aurum chronically want to commit suicide (by jumping out of a window). They are usually very ambitious people who pressure themselves with the greatest expectations (students who want to be first in their class, business people who “put all their eggs in one basket” like in the stock market). Whenever life does not pan out as they have planned, life has no meaning for them anymore and they become depressed. The same situation can occur when a teenage who is a good student gets depressed because he cannot go to the college of his dreams, due to financial problems in the family. As one can see, this remedy is often related to financial matters, as one would expect from the remedy gold. Another situation in which Aurum has great value is when one of the two partners in a long time marriage dies: the surviving partner feels that life is not worth living anymore. “I have lost the sunshine of my life,” they claim and not uncommonly, they die shortly after the death of their partner. So may people in nursing homes could use this remedy as they are often in a state of “abandonment”: no more spouse or husband, few friends left in their life, and often few visits from other family members. These people could truly say that the sunshine has gone from their lives. In fact for many traditional cultures the metal gold (Aurum) is associated with the sun.
Spigelia – Spigelia is a great remedy for left-sided headaches withen the headache starts int eh neck and then radiates to the front of the head, finally stopping above the left eye (compare Sanguinaria for headaches above the right eye and Silicea for headaches above both eyes). Spigelia is also one of the best remedies for a very painful condition called tigeminal neuralgia on the left side of the face (although this too shoudl be under the care of a professional). Dr. Luc doesnt’ mention anything about Spigelia being great for heart palpitations but it is, I have experienced this firsthand. Spigelia is an important remedy in pericarditis and other diseases of the heart, because the provings were conducted with the greatest regard for objective symptoms and the subjective symptoms are by innumerable confirmations proved to be correct (C. Hering). Homeopathic physicians mainly prescribe spigelia to treat heart problems as well as disorders of the nervous system, particularly when the symptoms have an affect basically on the left side of the body and if the patients endure extreme and violent pains. In addition, this homeopathic remedy may also be given to patients suffering from frequent tremors/ palpitations, which are fierce, noticeable as well as easy to hear. As aforementioned, spigelia may also be prescribed for people suffering from valve problems or murmurs as well as rheumatic heart disease. In addition, spigelia is given to patients suffering from angina accompanied by constricting pains that spread into the chest, to one or both the arms and up to the throat. Homeopathic physicians also prescribe this medication to treat migraines, general headaches, sinus infections and/ or neuralgic or rheumatic pains, particularly when the symptoms are bad on the left side of the body. As mentioned before, the herb pinkroot or Spigelia anthelmia encloses specific alkaloids, which are very effective in treating heart ailments in herbal medicine.
