There is a strength in you.
You can feel it, waiting,
a fuller version of yourself
ready to stand tall and take up space.
And yet, each time you move toward it,
something in you pulls back.
As though stepping into your power
is not quite safe.

You are not weak.
You are not lacking ambition, or drive.
Something gentler is at work, and it makes a quiet kind of sense.

Sekhmet Disc – Sovereignty Remembered, Power Awakened
This is not merely a tool it is a royal artifact of remembrance, a living vessel carrying the fire of Sekhmet, the gaze of Wadjet, and the cosmic order of Ma’at. It comes to those who are ready to reclaim the power they once held the power of divine sovereignty, sacred alignment, and unshakable truth. To hold this Disc is to feel something stir in your cells, an ancient memory of walking as both fierce protector and graceful sovereign, fully aligned with divine order. It does not give you power it reminds you that it has always been yours.

Every curve and geometric form etched into this Disc carries intentional codes that bypass the mind and speak directly to the soul. As you work with it, the Disc becomes a compass guiding you back to your rightful path, awakening dormant courage, and realigning you with your soul’s highest blueprint. It is a bridge between lifetimes, a transmitter of wisdom that dissolves illusions and ignites remembrance. When you hold it, a quiet knowing arises: I remember. I am ready. I am free.

For those of us who feel deeply,
power can feel like a heavy word.
To claim it is to be visible,
to be responsible, to be seen standing fully in yourself,
and somewhere along the way,
a part of you learned that being that powerful
came with a cost.

This is not a fear of success.
It is often a memory.
A time when standing in your strength
drew disapproval, or envy, or backlash.
A moment when being powerful
felt like it put you at risk.
And so a part of you decided, quietly,
that it was safer to stay small.

Perhaps you learned that your power made others uncomfortable.
Perhaps you were praised for being easy, and humble, and accommodating,
and gently warned away from being too much.
And so claiming your strength can feel like breaking an old rule,
like stepping into something
a younger part of you was taught to fear.
This was never a flaw.
It was a tender way of keeping yourself safe.

Sometimes this fear is older than this life.
Your soul remembers times when power was truly dangerous,
when to stand in your strength drew real harm.
And sometimes it moves down the family line,
those who learned to stay small to stay safe,
arriving in you now,
ready at last to be gently released.

Your fear was never weakness.
It is a powerful soul that learned to hold itself back,
waiting for the world to feel safe enough for its strength.

What You Can Do Now

Here is something you may wish to try
the next time claiming your power feels frightening.
Stand for a moment, feel your feet on the ground,
rest a hand over your heart,
and take one slow breath down into your belly.
Whisper to yourself, gently,
it is safe for me to be powerful, and it is safe to be me.
You do not have to claim it all at once.
You are simply letting yourself stand
a little taller, a little more fully,
and showing your body that your strength is safe.

You are allowed to be powerful.
You are allowed to stand fully in your strength.
You are allowed to step into your power,
in your own time, in your own way.

And you do not have to step into it all on your own.
In my years of healing work,
I have seen how much more safely a person claims their power
when the body has something steady to help it feel safe to rise.
The support I have watched help so many stand in their strength
is the disc that carries the fierce and sacred energy of Sekhmet,
made to awaken your sovereignty and align you with your own power,
so the strength you have held back
can rise, steady and unafraid.
It holds a gentle field around you
as you learn that it is safe, at last, to be fully powerful.

If something in you has been longing for that kind of support,
I have shared more about it, and where to find it, here: https://natalyaankh.com/products/sekhmet-disc-wisdom-activation-sovereignty-path-alignment

Your fear was never a flaw.
It was a powerful soul keeping itself safe,
waiting for the moment it felt ready to rise.
And the very fact that you feel your strength stirring
is a sign that the moment has already begun to arrive.

You were never meant to stay small.
Your power was always meant to be yours to hold.

Sending you lots of love and high vibrations,

P.S. The reflections shared here are meant to offer another lens through which to understand the body, not to replace medical guidance or treatment. If you are experiencing physical symptoms, please listen to your body and seek the care that feels appropriate.
