A few years ago, I received one of the most empowering messages from Archangel Metatron—one that completely shifted the way I interact with something as seemingly simple as a glass of water. And since then, this practice has not only helped me but has supported hundreds of others I’ve worked with through healing sessions.

We often underestimate what’s right in front of us. But the truth is, water is one of the most spiritually intelligent substances on Earth. It remembers. It responds. It heals.

How to Energize Your Water with Divine Frequency

1. Take a moment. Be present.
Hold your glass of water in both hands. This is your vessel—literally and energetically. Allow your energy to meet the energy of the water.

2. Set the intention clearly.
Here’s what Archangel Metatron shared with me, word for word. Read it aloud, or let it inspire your own invocation:

“I, ___________, by the powers that be, invoke the Divine energies now flowing through my crown chakra, down through my arms, and into this sacred cup of water. I call in the presence of Archangel Metatron, the Source of All That Is, and the truth of who I AM.

I instruct this water to seek and dissolve all foreign, harmful frequencies within my body—anything that has been placed within me without consent, on any level. Let this water move into my cells, releasing all energetic implants, toxins, and distortions from my physical and etheric fields.

With each sip, I now energize and restore my light body. I transmute all emotional burdens, trauma, and interference—past, present, or future—into divine light. I call on the angelic realm to cleanse me, to recalibrate my frequency, and to support my highest embodiment.

I AM now free. I AM now sovereign. I release all that does not serve my divine path. And so it is.”
