Greetings, my beloved Master of the Universe! We are almost at the finish line! Today is Day 29, and I invite you to celebrate the trust you’ve built within yourself on this journey. Anchoring self-trust is a powerful step that enables you to move forward with confidence, knowing that you can rely on your intuition, strength, and resilience. Let’s dive into today’s practice with an open heart and a deep connection to your inner truth.
Affirmations are a beautiful way to reinforce trust in yourself. They act as reminders of your inner strength and the journey you’ve walked so far.
As you continue with this exercise, consider these questions to assist you in anchoring self trust.
How can I nurture my self-trust as I continue forward?
When have I trusted myself and felt stronger because of it?
What do I need to remind myself of when self-doubt arises?
Know that whatever arises, it is part of your journey toward inner peace and alignment. Embrace each sensation, knowing you are safe, supported, and loved beyond measure by ALL that is.
Consider Daniel, who struggled with self-doubt, especially when making big decisions. Throughout his journey, he learned to trust his intuition and inner guidance. On Day 29, he wrote affirmations like “I have the wisdom within me to make the right choices,” and “I trust in my ability to overcome challenges.” By affirming his self-trust, Daniel felt empowered, knowing that his intuition would always guide him on the right path.

Find a comfortable seat and close your eyes. Take a deep, grounding breath, and feel yourself settle into this moment.
Bring to mind a moment when you trusted yourself and felt empowered. It could be something big or small, as long as it represents a moment of inner strength.
Silently affirm, “I trust in my journey, my choices, and my inner wisdom. I am resilient and strong.” Feel these words echo within you, anchoring a deep sense of trust.
Visualize a warm, glowing light at the center of your chest, symbolizing your inner strength and resilience. Let it expand, filling your entire being with a sense of calm and self-assurance.
Take a few more deep breaths, feeling anchored in your inner truth. When you’re ready, gently open your eyes, carrying this confidence and self-trust with you throughout your day.
As you go through the day, remember these affirmations and carry this sense of self-trust with you. You are strong, resilient, and guided by your own wisdom.
