Extrapolated frequencies from the eighth, ninth, and tenth octaves of creation are being infused into your divinely guided missions every third second of every third minute of every third hour… and so it goes.

For the octaves of creation are being recalibrated, or shall we say, calibrated, anew to the divine encodings now being transmitted into your collective human consciousness as we speak.

For the human consciousness is an extraordinary sequence of heavenly harmonics being played in real time through the sensors of your divinely guided souls.

The human experience is designed to assist you in understanding the equivalence of being in form while carrying the sequencing of the God Principle.

Or … that, which is something simply known in your world as… LOVE.

A short, daily practice to consciously align with the frequency infusions mentioned in the channeling.

Practice: 3-3-3 Recalibration Breath

(3 minutes daily or as needed)

1. Find Stillness.
   Sit or lie down in a quiet space. Close your eyes. Bring your awareness to your body and heart.
2. Begin the Breath Rhythm.
   Inhale for 3 seconds
   Hold for 3 seconds
   Exhale for 3 seconds Repeat this 3-second breath rhythm for 3 minutes (you can use a timer or follow your inner count).
3. While You Breathe, Say Silently or Aloud:
   • “I am receiving the higher octaves.”
   • “I am a living instrument of divine harmony.”
   • “Love is the frequency that tunes me home.”
4. At the End, Place Your Hand on Your Heart.
   Whisper softly to yourself:
   “I welcome the recalibration. I allow the upgrades. I trust the rhythm.”
