You will need:

• A small bowl of water (for receptivity and flow)
• A crystal (clear quartz, selenite, or rose quartz are beautiful options)
• A slip of paper and pen
• Optional: Ambrosial music, anointing oil, or flower essence that feels like divine nectar to your system

Step 1: Create the Chamber of Stillness
