This ritual is designed to be done in a quiet space, preferably near nature or with natural elements around you (plants, crystals, water, or even a window open to moonlight). Let this be a sacred pause… a time to enter your own forest of remembrance.
You Will Need:
- A white or golden candle (or any candle that speaks to you)
- A small bowl of water (to represent purification and flow)
- A symbol of union – this could be a crystal, two feathers, a drawing of a spiral, or any object that represents balance and wholeness to you
- A journal or paper and pen
- Optional: soft instrumental music, incense, or forest sounds
The Ritual:
