There’s something that comes through almost every time I channel for someone—no matter who they are or what they’re asking. It’s this soft but persistent message from the angelic realm:

“Call upon us. We are always here. Let us help cleanse your field and lift what does not belong to you.”

And almost always, the person will ask the same question I used to ask:
But how do I actually do that?

I used to think clearing energy had to be complex—rituals, incense, the right timing, the right setting. But the truth is, it doesn’t have to be complicated to be powerful. The more I worked with the angelic realm and with energy itself, the more I discovered how accessible healing really is. And today, I want to share with you a simple, yet incredibly effective technique I use every day to clear accumulated energy, negative thought forms, emotional residue, and psychic debris—especially after being around lots of people, intense conversations, or digital overwhelm.

This is a practice that I’ve personally used, and shared with many fellow lightworkers who’ve had amazing results. It doesn’t require any tools, just your intention, your breath, and a willingness to reclaim your energy.

Why Daily Energy Clearing Is Non-Negotiable

We live in a world that constantly pulls at our field—from conversations to digital interactions, to passing by someone with heavy emotions in a grocery store. If you’re sensitive, empathic, or simply aware, you’ve likely felt it:
That subtle heaviness.
The mood that isn’t quite yours.
The intrusive thought that came out of nowhere.
The tension in your shoulders by the end of the day.

If you don’t clear it, it builds. And over time, it becomes fatigue. Emotional burnout. A sense of being off, ungrounded, or disconnected from your inner clarity.

But here’s what many don’t realize:
Just as you shower daily to clear your physical body, your energetic body needs the same care.

My Daily Energy Clearing Technique

(That you can use anywhere—no candles, no tools, just you)

I do this at the end of the day, but you can do it any time you feel like you’ve picked up something that isn’t yours.

1. Stand upright.
Bring your feet together. Bend your elbows so that your palms are facing upward like you’re ready to receive.

2. Breathe with intention.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
As you inhale, imagine the breath filling the upper half of your body—your chest, shoulders, and head.
Hold it for a few seconds, then exhale.

Now breathe in again, this time imagining the breath travels all the way down into your feet.
Hold. Exhale.

Do this three times in the upper body, and three times in the lower body.
(This resets the polarity of your field and re-centers you.)

If you feel lightheaded, gently bring your palms together in a prayer position and allow your energy to balance for a few moments.

3. Visualize blue light.
Now, picture a shaft of brilliant cobalt blue light pouring in through the top of your head—entering your crown and slowly moving through every part of your body.

As it travels downward, imagine it cleansing each cell, each organ, each energetic layer. Let it sweep through you like a divine current—lifting out tension, emotions, static, and thought forms you may have unconsciously absorbed.

In their place, please fill my body, my heart, and my energy field with love, light, peace, clarity, patience, joy, and whatever else I most need at this time.”

5. Watch it leave. Feel it shift.
As you speak, see the old energy leaving you. Visualize it like debris being pulled from your field and absorbed into the blue light, where it’s returned to Source and alchemized.

At the same time, feel yourself being filled with light—pure, healing energy that is yours to keep.

Stay with the visualization until you feel lighter, calmer, more “you” again. For some, it takes two minutes. For others, ten. Trust your body.

From both personal experience and feedback from others, the answer is a clear yes.

Those who’ve tried this technique have told me that after doing this, they’ve felt their anxiety lessen, their sleep deepen, their clarity return. Some even feel emotional release—tears, peace, or joy that rises from nowhere.

And it makes sense. When you intentionally shift your energy, you’re reclaiming your sovereignty. You’re reminding your field who’s in charge—and allowing higher guidance to work with you instead of for you.

Feel the difference in your sleep, your dreams, your morning clarity.
