There was a time when I thought I had it all figured out.

Like many sensitive souls, I had spent years learning how to protect my energy. I knew how to shield, how to ground, how to clear cords. I could spot an energy vampire a mile away—whether it was the needy friend, the manipulative boss, or the person who only called when they needed something. I knew the signs. I knew the drill.

But then, something changed.

I began noticing a different kind of fatigue. A strange heaviness after scrolling online. A subtle draining sensation after interacting with someone who, on the surface, seemed “high vibe.” Even some spiritual content started to feel… off. Like it was mimicking the light but leaving me dimmer afterward.
