Greetings My Beloved Masters of the Universe! There is a lot of talk right now about 5G satellites, 5G networks, electromagnetic radiation, EMF Radiation and how it effects our health. The truth is that it does effect our health in a negative way. We all naturally vibrate on specific frequencies which are right for us. Any external influence, especially the one from such sources as satellites, towers, computers, cell phones, microwaves, etc., in large quantities are of course detrimental to our health. As you already know I am a huge proponent of homeopathic and various vibrational remedies, which I use every day myself, I know that they work because I have first hand experience with homeopathy, flower essences, and other vibrational tools. I will share my research here with you in hopes that it will help to protect you from EMF and Radiation exposure. These remedies have been around for a long time and have been proven to be effective against various types of radiation, and everyday new remedies and vibrational tools become available to help us combat the side effects of technology. As we are told by our galactic counterparts new technology is going to become available which will be in tune with the universe and allow all of us to have happy and healthy lives, till then we can use the following remedies to help keep our bodies free from EMF’s side effects. IMPORTANT! If you are going to use any of the vibrational remedies, especially homeopathy, it is best that you stay away from mint and strong essential oils. Mint antidotes homeopathic remedies, which is a positive if you accidentally overdose on a homeopathic remedy. What this means is if you start to experience a healing crises, or the original symptoms that you’re trying to remove aggravate so much so that you can’t handle it anymore, then you would simply take a strong dose of mint and in about 20 – 40 minutes the symptoms should recede. I’ve personally experienced this on myself and use mint to antidote remedies all the time if they aggravate. Mint doesn’t have the same effect on flower essences because flower essences tend to stay in the body for a very short period of time anywhere from a few minutes to roughly about 30 minutes or so. Flower essences work fast, but also need to be constantly repeated. While homeopathy depending on the potency 30C, 200C, LM’s, 1M etc., tend to stay in the body far longer. It also depends on which remedy you are taking. For example Bryonia stays in the body for a few hours, it’s a very short acting but an incredibly powerful remedy. While a remedy like Lycopodium, Calcarea or Sepia tend to stay in the body a lot longer than that. But it all depends on the potency and the remedy. That’s why I always suggest working with a homeopath especially in the beginning until you get comfortable and gain a deeper understanding of homeopathy. However, again you can use it on your own as well, providing that you research each remedy very well. But going back to mint. Mint should be avoided when healing with homeopathy.

HOMEOPATHIC REMEDIES

Although it is good to be prepared for potential disasters, it is important to avoid exacerbating these emotions by overfeeding them.

With the media-promoted concerns about radiation drift from Japan and the real and exaggerated fears that many people are experiencing now, the first homeopathic medicine that people today may consider taking is Arsenicum album 30C. Arsenicum album is a leading homeopathic medicine for anxiety and fear, especially around health issues and about being poisoned. Taking a single dose whenever one notices these strong emotional states is reasonable, but consider repeated use if recommended to do so by a professional homeopath.

Experimental Evidence from Homeopathic Treatment of Radiation Exposure

There is not a significant body of studies evaluating the use of homeopathic medicines in the treatment of radiation exposure, but there are a couple of experiments about which people may benefit knowing. Hopefully, knowledge about these previous studies will encourage researchers to replicate them.

Homeopathic research has evaluated the effects of homeopathic medicines to protect against radiation (Khuda-Bukhsh, and Banik, 1991a, 1991b). Albino mice were exposed to 100 to 200 rad of X-rays (sublethal doses) and then evaluated after 24, 48, and 72 hours. Ginseng 6X, 30X, and 200X and Ruta graveolens 30X and 200X were administered before and after exposure. When compared with mice given a placebo as treatment, mice given any of the above homeopathic medicines experienced significantly less chromosomal or cellular damage. Ginseng 30X and 200X, in particular, had significant and sometimes substantial benefits.

In addition to the evidence for the benefits from homeopathic doses of ginseng is other research testing crude doses of it which find that it repairs DNA after radiation exposure (Kim, Lee, Cho, et al., 1996).

In another study, albino guinea pigs were exposed to small doses of X-ray that caused reddening of the skin. Studies showed that homeopathic honeybee (Apis mellifica 7C or 9C) had a protective effect and a roughly 50 percent curative effect on X-ray-induced redness of the skin (Bildet, Guyot, Bonini, et al., 1990). Apis mellifica is a homeopathic medicine for redness, swelling, and itching, all of which are common symptoms that crude doses of bee venom cause … and thus, homeopathic doses will be found to be effective in treating these symptoms.

Derived from the homeopathic literature and clinical experience over the past many decades, some other potential homeopathic remedies for radiation exposure are listed below, though it is highly recommended to seek out professional homeopathic care to determine the best dose and potency schedule:

• Radium bromatum
• X-ray
• Uranium nitricum
• Strontium carbonicum
• Calendula ointment
• Cadmium sulphuratum
• Cadmium iodatum
• Ceanothus americanus

Several of the above medicines are derived from radioactive substances, while others have become known after many decades of clinical experience.

Cadmium sulphuratum, for instance, is a well-known homeopathic medicine used to treat people with cancer who experience side effects from radiation treatment.

Cadmium iodatum might be considered for those people exposed to radiation who did not protect the thyroid with crude doses of potassium iodide. Ceanothus is a leading remedy for spleen problems, and because the effects of radiation are known to affect the spleen, this remedy may be an important one for radioprotection. Calendula (marigold) is a well-known herbal and homeopathic medicine. Highly respected research has found excellent results in using Calendula ointment on people who experienced radiotherapy-induced dermatitis (skin rashes) (Kassab S, Cummings M, Berkovitz, 2009).

It should be noted that homeopaths tend to think of themselves as a part of a health care team. EMF & Radiation an Unusual Complaint Case Study of Homeopathic Remedy called ” Lap-Mar-C.”

A woman we shall call Sarah first came to see me as a patient with something of an unusual complaint. Several years earlier she started developing an array of unusual symptoms: amongst other things, her heart rate had increased to around 120 beats per minute, her body temperature had increased, she began to lose weight and her hair started flattening out. What was curious was the fact that she could pinpoint the day when her symptoms began to appear and this led her to explore what could have changed around that time. It led her to discover that this was the day that the store underneath her apartment had installed a Wifi network. Her sensitivities to these manmade electromagnetic frequencies (EMF) although not ‘typical’, are certainly not unique either. In my own practice, I have come across a number of people with similar complaints and there are entire communities in remote parts of the country established as EMF free zones for just such people.

So, I asked her to return again for another hour and a half. This time, I had decided to approach her case from a different perspective. This was an approach learned from a number of homeopaths who had mentored me over the years. Instead of focusing on the particulars of her symptoms or her personal history or her emotions or even her ideas, I wanted to concentrate on the way she expressed herself – in particular, the language she used.

With this in mind, I began to notice during our second session that Sarah repeatedly used words like ‘hard’, ‘stone’ and ‘smooth’ in various contexts when describing situations or symptoms. Going back to the notes of the first consult, I saw similar expressions. For instance, one of the first things she told me was that her ‘chest felt ‘hard like a rock’. She also spoke of heat and pressure a number of times.

It was an indication that subconsciously she was expressing an inner state that reflected in her words. The way the words were strung together or the meaning they were supposed to convey were of secondary consequence. Homeopathically, this inner state relates to a ‘source’ or substance that matches the constitution. That is, the constitutional remedy.

Encouraged by the familiarity of the words heat and pressure to Sarah’s case, I looked further into the research of an Irish homeopath by the name of Nuala Eising who was largely responsible for the creation and understanding of this medicine about 20 years ago. It is commonly referred to as ‘Lap-Mar-C’, or more formally ‘Lapis Marmorean Connemara’ meaning ‘marble stone from Connemara county (Ireland).

It turned out that the first patients Eising treated with this remedy where children from a town in Belarus located just 40 kilometers from Chernobyl. They had been brought to Ireland for homeopathic treatment for the radiation exposure they had experienced.

She states that, “I have used marble a number of times, when I see intense whiteness or paleness of a child for instance, or when a person has been overexposed to cellphones, electrical currents in the home, cellphone towers or from radiation cancer treatment. It is worth studying the many ways in which body systems may be broken down by over-exposure to radiation… Recognizing this remedy before the functional changes have occurred in a person may be life-saving, and it may be very helpful for cancer patients undergoing radiation therapy.”2

Needless to say, Sarah was sent a dose of Lap-Mar-C.

Eight weeks later, she reported experiencing dramatic changes in her wellbeing soon after taking the remedy. Her heart quieted down, her breathing became easier and her temperature felt more regulated. In addition, over the next few weeks her hair felt springy like it used to and her teeth, which had become discolored, where whiter. Emotionally, Sarah felt more resilient and she was able to finish a book she had been working on.

Over the eighteen months since that initial consultation, Sarah has benefited from a number of doses of Lap-Mar-C. Though still aware of their presence, she is now much less sensitive to EMFs. In the interim, she had gone through very acute skin rashes, but these too have disappeared. Her heart feels more regular, her appetite is improved and overall she feels much sturdier with greater energy and hopefulness. As she put it, ”I feel a new lease on life.”

APPLE PECTIN, CHERNOBYL & RADIATION. 

Apple pectin has the ability to sweep out radioactive dust particles from the intestinal tract, and it was used extensively after the Chernobyl nuclear plant meltdown.  Apple pectin, for example, along with other fruits that contain this soluble fiber and polysaccharride carbohydrates are great radioprotective agents. A study showed that apple pectin can absorb and chelate cesium out of the body. Since the focus was only on cesium, it is unknown if it also carried out any other heavy metals.

How Apple Pectin Works

Apple pectin is a soluble dietary fiber source. The fibers in apple pectin help to balance the colon. In the digestive tract, apple pectin swells, forming a gel which acts like a broom to sweep the entire intestinal tract of waste material and body fat. In the large intestines, apple pectin breaks down into short chain fatty acids, which have positive pre-biotic benefits. Apple pectin is considered safe by the FAO/WHO Joint Expert Committee on Food Additives.

Apple Pectin and Radioactive Protection After Chernobyl

Both master herbalist Dr. Richard Schulze and nutriceutical researcher Jon Barron have recently mentioned that apple pectin was used after the Chernobyl nuclear reactor disaster in 1986. Jon Barron states that “apple pectin was used in the aftermath of Chernobyl to reduce the load of radioactive cesium in children.” Dr. Schulze says that apple pectin was used “extensively” after the Chernobyl disaster. He mentions that apple pectin has been proven to remove heavy metals, and even radioactive Strontium 90. Dr. Schulze says that taking apple pectin proved to significantly prevent damage from radiation exposure.

The Swiss Medical Weekly published a report in 2004 confirming that apple pectin was seen to reduce the 137Cs cesium uptake in Ukrainian children after the Chernobyl nuclear reactor disaster. A study led by V.B. Nesterenko at the Belrad Institute of Radiation Safety was performed to see if orally administered apple pectin was effective in binding 137Cs in the gut for food contaminated by radiation, or if eating “clean,” non-contaminated food was enough. The study was a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial involving children from contaminated villages near the disaster area.

Radiation levels were measured at the beginning of the study and one month later. At the end of the trial, 137Cs cesium levels in children who were given apple pectin were reduced by 62%. Children who had received “clean” food and a placebo had reduced radiation levels by only 13.9%. The results were determined to be statistically significant.

Other fruits besides organic apples that are high in pectin include grapefruit, oranges, and lemons. But in citrus, as in apples, most of the pectin is in the peel. You can also utilize many berries for their pectin, too, including raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries, to name a few.
